Reception & Registration

To offer the best service, our training facility is open 24/7, 365 days per year. Our reception is open from 7:00am to 6:00pm daily. Outside of regular office hours, our simulator technicians will be happy to assist you. All visitors that are not scheduled for training and would like to use our training facilities outside of office hours should coordinate with the CSR or Admin.

Should you need our assistance during your stay, the main telephone number is +63 45 499 3509. Should you need office support, please ask our CSR. For training related issues, contact the instructors that have been assigned to you. Should you need to see a doctor or dentist, please ask our CSR/ Receptionist or simulator technician to make arrangements.

Crew Lounge

Coffee and Snack vending machines are located in the second floor pilot lounge and ground floor cafeteria

Business Centre Facilities

There is a photocopier available in the Office Staff room on the first floor. Please advise our Customer Service or simulator technician if you need additional supplies or if you notice that supplies need to be replenished.
